Please find attached the Maulden Neighbourhood Plan Decision Notice that has formally been adopted and forms part of the CBC Development Plan. As such, full weight can now be given when considering planning applications within the Designated Area.
CBC’s website will be updated overnight. All Officers have been advised of the making of the plan.
This has been a tremendous effort by all those involved and will ensure the community of Maulden has growth in the parish that supports the policies within the Neighbourhood Plan.
In the coming months, a workshop will be held for all Town and Parish Councils, Cllrs and Neighbourhood groups to guide you through the monitoring, reporting and reviewing of neighbourhood plans to ensure they stay relevant and are being used as intended. Please look out for the dates as they will be in the Town and Parish Bulletin Newsletter.
