The referendum for the adoption of Maulden Neighbourhood Plan was on Thursday, November 30, 2023, and the plan was adopted by Central Bedfordshire Council in January 2024.

The Green Infrastructure Plan (GIP) has been produced independently by Greensand Trust to support the Maulden Neighbourhood Plan (NHP) and recommends policies to preserve and enhance the local environment.
