A minute’s silence in honour of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

  1. Apologies.
  2. Declaration from members in relation to a Personal or Prejudicial Interest in any agenda item.
  3. Standing Orders will be suspended to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to an agenda item or to request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Members of the public may have 3 minutes and must contact the clerk by 10am on the day of the meeting with their question.

Resident registered to speak on speeding in Clophill Road, and village verges.

  1. To approve the minutes of the parish council meeting held on September 5, 2022.
  2. Actions arising from the above minutes not scheduled to be discussed at this meeting – see Appendix A.

All correspondence has been forwarded to councillors.
