125. Apologies.

  1. Declaration from members in relation to a Personal or Prejudicial Interest in any agenda item.
  2. Standing Orders will be suspended to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to an agenda item or to request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Members of the public may have 3 minutes and must contact the clerk by 10am on the day of the meeting with their question.
