The next meeting of Maulden Parish Council is to be held on Monday, May 20, 2024, at the Church Hall, Church Road, Maulden, Beds, MK45 2AU, immediately following the Annual Parish Council Meeting which starts at 7.30pm, and the public and press are invited to attend.

Public Forum – Standing Orders will be suspended to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to an agenda item or to request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Members of the public may have 3 minutes and should contact the clerk by 10am on the day of the meeting with their question. NONE registered.

  f: Payments to be approved – Zurich Insurance, £1,528.41, add Debt Recovery £35, add Contract Disputes at £17.50 plus insurance premium tax; DJ Granger Grass cut, vegetation cut & weedkill £636+£127.20vat; Rec Steward contract £550.

     h: Litter Pick – Parish litter clearance.

     c: Village Hall – update on discussions arising from clarification of ownership.
