Maulden Parish Council issue draft minutes of council meetings within four weeks of the meeting taking place.
All draft minutes are circulated to councillors for checking before being brought to the next council meeting for approval and signing, after which the approved minutes are published on the website as soon as practicable, and the draft minutes of that meeting will be deleted.
This procedure was confirmed at the Maulden Parish Council meeting held on July 24, 2023, and is recorded in the minutes of that meeting.
Draft Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting will be brought before the next Parish Meeting, which is usually an annual event, for approval and signing.
