Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire will be hosting the Festival For Older People for the 9th year:
Friday, October 7, 2022 from 10am to 2.30pm
at The Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick
The focus for the day is to celebrate older people and the contribution they make to society, with this year’s theme being The Resilience And Contributions Of Older Women.
There will be many statutory and voluntary organisations, and local groups who offer advice and information about local services for older people, such as social care, health, housing, leisure activities, holistic services and much more. We will also offer entertainment throughout the day such as musical interludes and other activities.
The Festival For Older People is a very popular annual event, and is open to all.
