4 Apologies for absence (NB: Apologies may be recorded without being formally accepted) Chair
5 To approve and adopt the new Financial Regulations (including Internal Controls) and new Standing Orders. Chair
6 To receive the Asset Register. Chair
7 To consider and resolve that the Clerk/RFO has delegated authority to make the regular scheduled payments for the grass-cutting maintenance contracts and street light maintenance (each invoice up to £750 exc VAT), plus Rec Steward, Salaries, PAYE, National Insurance, pension contributions, street light energy bills, and pavilion utility bills for the year.
