The next meeting of Maulden Parish Council is to be held on Monday, May 16 , 2022, at the Church Hall, Church Road, Maulden, Beds, MK45 2AU, starting after the Maulden Annual Parish Meeting which runs from 7.30pm, and the public and press are invited to attend.

Notice is hereby given that the next MAULDEN PARISH COUNCIL MEETING is being held on Monday, May 16, 2022, in The Church Hall, Church Road, Maulden, following the Annual Parish Council Meeting at 7.30pm.

A G E N D A

  1. Apologies.
  2. Declaration from members in relation to a Personal or Prejudicial Interest in any agenda item.
  3. Standing Orders will be suspended to allow members of the public to address the Council in relation to an agenda item or to request matters to be discussed at a subsequent meeting. Members of the public may have 3 minutes and must contact the clerk by 10am on the day of the meeting with their question which the Clerk will read out to the Council.

  1. 15. To approve the Minutes of Maulden Parish Council meeting held on April 11, 2022.
  2. 16. Actions arising from the above minutes not scheduled to be discussed at this meeting – see Appendix A.
  3. 17. Correspondence: To consider correspondence including email and hard copy received since the last meeting (see Appendix B for list, also https://maulden-pc.gov.uk/category/agendas/) and those received to the date of this meeting after this agenda was issued. All correspondence has been forwarded to councillors.
  4. Chairman’s report: To consider report from Cllr Woodward.
